WINE TASTING
Provence is the oldest wine region in France, and its specialty is rosé - there are countless local vineyards and 'caves coopératives' to visit by car or bike
BEACHES
There are popular beaches in Hyères, such as Plage de la Capte, or on the “Golden Islands” of Porquerolles and Port Cros
A quieter beach is Place du Pellegrin, accessible via the Château Léoube vineyard
SAINTE BAUME
Méounes is beside the Sainte Baume natural park, which is well worth a hike for the view. There is an easy walk up from the St. Mary Magdalene Convent for those who enjoy some religious history with their nature-bathing
Les gorges du Caramy and les gorges du Verdon are also recommended natural sites
CHATEAU LA COSTE
1hr by car
Chateau La Coste is a 600-acre sculpture park located on an organic winery, with art and architecture by Tadao Ando, Louise Bourgeois, Bob Dylan, etc. - another highlight is the Jean Nouvel wine cellar and tasting room
MARSEILLE
1hr by car | 2hrs by transit/train

Feel free to ask Robyn for her Google map or recommendations !

Méounes is the Bourges ancestral home and a place where we have created a lot of special memories over the years. We are so excited to share a piece of the South with you and are happy to provide personalized recommendations for those visiting from afar.
